It's About Time!

I'm so excited to bring more opportunities to learn and create with me here at my home studio. I've been teaching high school art and English for 29 years, and when people ask what I'm going to do when I retire from my "day job," the answer is simple: ART!

I want to do more art and teach more art. I have lots of ideas of projects that would be fun, but I would love to hear your ideas too. Slab projects like bird houses and tiles. Draping slabs over a form. Hump and Slump. Textured serving plates? Extruded work like vases or salt and pepper shakers. Using a plaster mold to make a juicer. Do you want to learn to throw on the wheel? I also have microwave kilns to melt glass for jewelry, plus tons of other options too. Let me know what you want to learn!
